The Power of Color: Exploring the Rainbow through Food, Chakras, and Healing Stones
Color is a powerful element in both nature and nutrition. The phytonutrients associated with different-colored foods offer a diverse range of benefits, which is one reason why incorporating a variety of colors into the diet is so important.
From a holistic perspective, the body can also be viewed as an energetic and vibrational system. In this tradition, colors are believed to resonate with the chakras and the energies associated with various stones, supporting a sense of balance and harmony across the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of well-being.
We will explore the significance of color in food, as well as its traditional energetic associations with the body, chakras, and stones.
