The Nervous System Under Pressure

Communication, Adaptation, and Resilience

The nervous system is the body's primary communication network, continually receiving, processing, and responding to information from both the internal and external environment. Modern life brings an extraordinary combination of physical, emotional, environmental, and sensory demands, placing increasing pressure on the body's ability to adapt and maintain balance.

This presentation explores nervous system communication and the ways ongoing demands may influence function throughout the body. By connecting foundational neuroscience with the patterns practitioners encounter every day, participants will gain a deeper understanding of individual responses and the body's remarkable capacity for adaptation and resilience.
